Error Opening Reports That the ReportingDB_Report.MDB Cannot Be Found
When using the Crystal Reports developed for any of the Tailored Selling Systems, if you open the report and receive a message that “Logon Failed. Could not find file C:\Program Files\Winsales\Reports\ReportingDB_Report.MDB” the problem is that the data source for the report you are trying to open is missing.

To use the reports you must first run the REPORT DATABASE UTILITY program located in WINSALES under TOOLS + REPORT DATABASE UTILITY to create the data source file for the report. The path of the reporting database will default to your database name .MDB, change that to match “ReportingDB_Report.MDB” created in the local C:\Program Files\Winsales\Reports where the report is looking for it. Once the REPORT DATABASE UTILITY has completed reopen the report.
